職能治療師有個重要的能力就是「活動分析」，分析出每個活動所需的能力後，可以得知個案需再加強哪些能力才能勝任這個活動，相反的也可以了解透過此活動能訓練到哪些能力。
今天就用最近很夯的Pokemon Go來做個示範吧！
＊手眼協調能力－需將所看到的神奇寶貝位置和動作做結合，才能準確的拋出寶貝球
＊動作控制能力－寶貝球要能直直的射向目標物，需要良好且穩定的手指動作控制能力（不然就會像我一樣一直丟出歪歪的球啊囧）
＊衝動控制能力－雖然遇到卡比獸、快龍很興奮，想趕快抓到他們，但是厲害的大師需要先冷靜下來觀察神奇寶貝的動態，在對的時機抓才能事半功倍（尤其是飛來飛去、跳來跳去的神奇寶貝，真的需要耐心觀察）
＊問題解決能力－如果一直抓不到眼前的神奇寶貝怎麼辦？要丟果實，還是換大寶貝球(great ball)，還是要逃跑呢? 需要有足夠的能力做判斷，才能解決眼前的問題!
＊社交互動能力－能夠注意到別人的動向、跟著遷徙，甚至主動和別人交流捕捉的心得，都是常用的社交互動能力。
分析下來，要成為神奇寶貝大師真不是件容易的事，不過最重要的其實還有運氣和時間XD

Occupational therapists are equipped with a unique skill which is activity analysis. After analyzing skills and components of the tasks, we’ll know which specific parts that clients need to build up in order to perform the tasks successfully or to train the components through performing particular tasks.
Let’s take Pokémon Go as an example.
* Eye-hand coordination- Sync with your finger movement and Pokémon on the screen so as to throw the ball accurately.
* Motor control- Require good and stable finger movement to throw the ball perfectly straight.
* Impulse control- Calm down and observe when you spot nice Pokémon like Snorlax and dragonite. Whoever are able to catch them at perfect timing, they are real Pokémon master.
* Problem solving-Require good judgment when Pokémon keeps breaking free. To feed raspberry or throw Great ball or escape?
* Social interaction-Able to notice other players’ tendency and take initiative to share experience with them.
